Our Solutions

Technical Spark is a one-of-a-kind invention I recently created to help the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community visually recognize sounds around them. The device detects sound from everyday appliances and objects, such as washers, dryers, microwaves, TVs, and more, and converts that sound into a visible LED signal. Technical Spark is portable, simple to use, and does not require Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, giving users a convenient way to stay aware of sounds they may not otherwise hear. Ultimately, it is designed to promote greater awareness, independence, and accessibility in everyday life.

Accessibility

Technical Spark is designed to make everyday sounds more accessible to Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals by converting sound into a visible LED signal. It provides greater awareness and independence by helping users visually recognize when sound-producing devices are operating.

Perfect use cases:

Innovating for a connected world

At Technical Sparks, we are dedicated to creating innovative solutions that bridge communication and accessibility gaps. We believe technology should help everyone stay connected to the world around them, regardless of how they experience it.

Technical Spark represents “Innovating for a Connected World” by transforming sound into visual awareness. The device detects sounds from everyday appliances and other sound-producing objects and converts them into visible LED notifications. This gives Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals a new way to recognize and stay aware of activity happening around them.

From homes and workplaces to schools, businesses, and everyday environments, Technical Spark helps connect people with their surroundings through a simple, portable, and innovative technology. Our goal is to create solutions that promote greater accessibility, awareness, independence, and inclusion for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities.
